Do you know of any bank owned properties outside of the Palisades
I only see houses for bank owned properties, any condos or townhomes on west side?
I am looking for a foreclosure are there any qualifications over and above that you need to qulaify. Anything I should be looking out for

Yes Bank Owned Properties have a whole different set of rules, documents and procedures that have to be followed.
Credit worthiness and the amount you can qualify for is not much different but everything else is like night and day.
