    This house is out of my price league but it looks great. I would like to see more housesunder $1M. Also how about in Brentwood and Santa Monica

    Hi James
    It has been on the market for 125 days. Keep in mind this is a short sale so there could
    be 3 offers in already and the bank is dragging there feet. This is a normal “DOM” for Short Sales
    so do not use it to judge activity as you do on a conventional sale

    Unfortunately you will not find many single family homes under $1M in the Brentwood / Santa Monica area. West LA, Mar Vista etc perhaps.
