    Hi Clifford
    The Short Sale is in Mar Vista and Mar Vista is located on the west side of LA. It is about 3 miles south of Brentwood and neighbors on West LA, and Culver City. It is a mixed socio economic middle to upper middle class neighborhood. Good Schools and quiet neighborhoods, plenty of parks and near everything.
