I have written numerous articles on why houses dont sell. Of course you hear from your agents the market conditions were wrong , you were asking for too much money or there were too many houses in the market that was priced lower than you were willing to go. Perhaps yes but perhaps no. Perhaps the agent was not good at marketing, had too many houses to handle, your house was not worth him spending so much time or perhaps he was not a good agent.
