What can I say that will change your mind?? I know it sounds like I want to convince you to go through a Realtor, like myself , so we can make a commission… This is not true … I say it because you will get hurt and lose much more than paying a commission. Not to mention that your contracts can be null and void allowing the buyer to get out of the contract. My husband thinks we should look for houses that are for sale by owners because he thinks he can get a good deal.
What about the signs I am seeing around town “Help U Sell” Supposedly they are very inexpensive and they tell you what to do.

I do not think what you are saying is entirely correct. It is written by someone that has an agenda and wants to sell the house and earn a commission
