WOW WE HAVE A GEN Z INTERESTED IN REAL ESTATE HOPE I LIVE LONG ENOUGH TO SEE GEN AA

Ok I know I am usually not the youngest guy in the room but we live and learn and I now know a lot more about an important segment of our population called "GENERATION Z". Now I have been keeping an eye on this demographic,  born approx. 1995 - 2010 but this article  "The Wish List of Your Future Buyers: Gen Z"
http://goo.gl/Unnxh7 , really contains a lot of information that we all should know. I have a 14 year old and I am living this first hand.


To quote the article regarding a survey of 13 to 17 year olds "Eighty-nine percent of Gen Z teens surveyed say owning a home is part of what they believe the American dream is, followed by graduating from college (78%); getting married (71%); and having children (68%)."  and "The majority of the Gen Z teens surveyed say they are aiming to own their first home by age 28, which is three years earlier than the median age of first-time home owners."
The statistics go on and on so read the article. I am just really happy that Santa Monica Real Estate  and Beverly Hills Real Estate will have a good supply of new buyers coming into the market. Hmmmm let me do the math and see if I will still be selling Real Estate!
