Mortgage Industry Looking For That Tech Savvy Buyer

It looks like the Mortgage Industry is headed for the 21st Century and will start catering to the tech savvy group of buyers that do not want to talk to a banker or mortgage broker. We have seen a lot of document creation and signing with sites like DocuSign come into play in the Real Estate business but not so much with the mortgage industry. It is a tedious task to talk with a few mortgage brokers that will explain the different rates , all the documents that will be needed disclosures etc etc.. The millennials and older do not want to bother with talking they want to learn and do it themselves. They are more trusting if they know what to do then someone else telling them. The following article goes on to tell that now buyers can go on line compare and understand the rates, order there own appraisal, fill out and sign documents, disclosures etc etc at their own pace and the way they want to do it. High Five to tech because anything that can bring buyers into the Real Estate Market is a gain for all of us.
