Looking To Buy A House Thinking Of Working With The Listing Agent Dont

Your thinking of buying a house so you are driving the neighborhood you would love to live in and you see a house that you like. So right in front of you is the sellers listing sign with his phone number and even a QR code
 
So you stop the car and work with the QR code and your phone or better yet you call the listing agent. You get the agent on the phone and tell him you are looking in the neighborhood and you are interested in the house. You go on to tell him you want to move into this neighborhood that you got a new job and the house is exactly what you are looking for.  

Do you really want to do this?  
The listing agent has a fiduciary responsibility with the seller, owing the seller a very high responsibility to represent him to the highest professional degree possible . It is the listing agent’s duty to report all information and work with the seller to get the best price possible. This responsibility and loyalty comes above all else
So now still want to give the listing agent all this information and go on to work with them? I don’t think so.
